Today is the 30th and I've finally decided when I am going to go to Strong hospital and see if they will let me work with the children. I am very excitex and can't wait!
In this project I plan on visiting a hospital and work with children. Throughout these visitations to schools, hospitals, daycare etc. I will help the children write about various topics of their choice and later on put together a book of their work. Hopefully by the end of this process I will be able to surprise the children with something special to thank them for their awesome work!

Change of Ideas
At first I was going to do a project based on Youth Talent in Rochester, New York but now I've decided to work with children at a Children Hospital. With these children I plan on working with them and creating a book filled with illustrations, poems, short stories and many more. The reason I switched is because young children really don't have many opportunities for their voice to be heard and I believe that they should be paid attention to just like everyone else. By the end of the project a book will be made and sold on exhibit night in order to raise money for the sick children.
